How to Start a Return
Returning a product is straightforward. Follow these steps:

- Your order number
- Items you want to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Get Your Return Authorization
We'll review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1 business day, along with a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack & Ship
Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include your RA number inside the box. Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop off at any carrier location.
Get Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund or send your exchange. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We'll send you a replacement immediately or issue a full refund -- your choice. No need to return the defective item unless we request it.

Common Questions
Can I return an opened lipstick if I don't like the color?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products unless they are defective. We encourage you to check our shade guide and contact us if you need help choosing the perfect color before purchasing.
What if I lost my order confirmation email?
Email us at hello@ziziorganic.com with the email address used for your order. We can look it up and provide your order number.
Can I return items purchased on sale?
Yes. Our return policy applies to sale items, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" on the product page. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I return an international order?
International returns follow the same policy. Contact us for a return authorization and instructions. International return shipping costs may apply, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
