Common Questions
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your address. Contact us immediately at hello@ziziorganic.com with your order number and new address. Once shipped, address changes must be handled through the carrier.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date at hello@ziziorganic.com. We'll work with the carrier and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We offer complimentary gift wrapping and can include a personalized message. Select the gift wrapping option at checkout and add your message in the notes field.
What if no one is home to sign for my package?
Most standard shipments don't require a signature. If a signature is required, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local facility.
